Customer satisfaction and policy scope
PanDaddy aims to provide clear, reliable digital services. If you are dissatisfied, submit a genuine and verifiable request for review using the contact details below. Read the selected service details and this policy before paying because cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service and processing stage. This policy applies to payments made directly to PanDaddy; amounts collected directly by an authorised third-party provider are governed by that provider’s policy.
Service-specific charges shown before payment
PanDaddy charges are not a single fixed amount. They vary according to the selected service and options. Before payment or final confirmation, the customer is shown the total service charge, any applicable processing or rejection charge, and the estimated amount refundable if that request is rejected. The disclosed amounts are recorded with the service request and transaction.
Cancellation rules
A customer may request cancellation before the request is submitted and before processing begins. Cancellation may not be available after verification, submission, generation of a digital output, or the start of processing by PanDaddy or an authorised third party. To request cancellation, email support@pandaddy.in with the registered contact details, service name, service reference, payment reference, amount, date, and reason.
Full-refund situations
A full refund may be approved for a verified duplicate payment, a payment successfully debited when no service request was created because of a confirmed PanDaddy technical error, an incorrect charge caused by PanDaddy, or a paid service that PanDaddy confirms it cannot provide.
Rejected or incomplete requests
For a workflow that provides a rejection refund, the eligible refund equals the amount paid minus the service-specific processing or rejection charge disclosed before payment. Because charges vary by service, the exact deduction and estimated refund are displayed for the selected request before payment. A rejection by a government or authorised provider does not automatically make the entire service charge refundable.
When a refund does not normally apply
A refund does not normally apply when required information or documents were not supplied, incorrect information was submitted, processing has already started, a digital file or completed output has been delivered, wallet balance has been consumed, or third-party charges have already been incurred, unless the selected service terms or applicable law require otherwise.
Review and refund timeline
PanDaddy will normally acknowledge a complete request within 2 working days and aim to decide it within 7 working days. An approved wallet adjustment is normally posted within 2 working days. An approved refund to the original payment method is initiated within 7 working days and may take a further 5–10 working days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Failed and pending payments
Do not repeat a payment solely because the first attempt appears pending. Allow the payment provider to confirm the final status. If money was debited but the PanDaddy account was not credited, send the transaction reference to support so the payment can be reconciled.
Payment reversals and refund method
A failed payment may be reversed by the bank or payment provider without a merchant refund. For a captured online recharge that is eligible for a merchant refund, PanDaddy will initiate the approved amount through the original payment channel where supported. Service-specific wallet credits and rejection adjustments are recorded separately in the agent wallet. Contact support if a payment appears captured but the wallet remains uncredited.
